This project will take place in our partner - EFM music production's studio. The aim of this project is for individuals to develop both employability skills for the future and the confidence they need to feel positive today. The course we have created is designed to encourage personal reflection so that individuals take ownership for their learning, its peer led and can work in teams where participants are able to give and receive positive feedback from their peers. They will leave with a finished piece of music production and will be introduced to industry specialists.
