At Skills Within Developments CIC, our main activities ore networking, fostering community cohesion and laying the groundwork for sustainable projects. We are dedicated to entrepreneurial opportunities and promoting cultural understanding and legacy. Additionally, we prioritise the development of youth and Special Educational Needs (SEN) provisions. As a volunteer-led non-profit, we are passionate about making a positive impact in our communities.

Our organisation thrives on a diverse range of funding sources, including grants and support from charitable organisations and government bodies. We are grateful for the generous donations from parents, community members and supporters, which help us sustain our initiatives. Additionally, income generated from events, training and community activities, along with sponsorships and corporate partnerships, plays a vital role in our mission, with in-kind contributions, we create a lasting impact in our community.

Leyton Community Collective

🌱 Support Our Community Work
The Leyton Community Collective has come together to deliver a programme of free and low-cost activities for local families, young people and residents.
From creative workshops and skating sessions to crafts, food and outdoor activities, everything is designed to bring people together in a safe, welcoming and joyful space at KukooLaLa and across Leyton.

Most activities are completely free, because we believe everyone should be able to take part — regardless of their circumstances.

💛 Why your support matters
Behind every free session is:
•    Local facilitators sharing their skills
•    Volunteers giving their time and energy
•    Materials, equipment and space to make it all happen
•    A shared commitment to building a stronger, more connected community

Your support helps us to:
•    Keep activities accessible and inclusive
•    Support young people’s creativity, confidence and wellbeing
•    Provide food, materials and safe spaces
•    Grow a sustainable, community-led programme in Leyton

Not everyone can give financially — and that’s okay. There are many ways to be part of this:

Everything we do is built through collaboration — local people, grassroots organisations, and spaces like KukooLaLa coming together to make something meaningful.

We are working towards a future where community activity is locally led, inclusive and here to stay.

✨ Give what you can
Every contribution — big or small — makes a real difference.
But just as important is your time, your voice, and your presence.

🌱 More than a donation

You’re not just supporting a programme —
you’re helping create:
•    spaces where people feel they belong
•    opportunities for young people to grow
•    moments of joy, connection and creativity

Publish The Nkrumaism

The Black Saint - The Nkrumaism is the debut writing of Ghanian born Stephen N. A. Welldone. From a vision in his sleep, Stephen was guided to share his knowledge and the history of the first African-born Prime Minister of Ghana Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. A Pan-Africanist who lead Ghana to independence. The Nkrumaism is a philosophy and a social and political force combined to direct our religious and political way of life, which brings people together to live a classless life, in distinction of wealth, income, education, culture and social network, in harmony and cohesiveness with African personality and African traditional way of life. In writing this book, Stephen is bringing his dream out to all mankind.

Stephen has worked with a small group of individuals and organisations who have given their support to professionally edit and publish his book in digital format and now we kindly request your support in bringing this book to print.

Donations are required to cover publishing expenses. £1500 will get 500 paperback books published and into the hands of the people. We plan on spending any extra pounds raised on specific marketing tactics, such as a book launch, website page and paid advertising.
