Skills Within Developments CIC (The Skills Within) is a non-profit grassroots project management company established to create opportunities to enable individuals and businesses to gain new skills or utilise their existing skills to benefit the community.
As a Community Interest Company, The Skills Within pledges to plough back all profits for community development.

Thus, allowing individuals and businesses to focus on their unique Skills Within, leaving the rest in our capable hands; this could involve mentoring, guidance, sourcing and applying for funding, networking, business development, recruitment, project management, project partnerships, advertising & marketing.

We specialise in matching both skilled and experienced individuals for senior level, creative and operational roles filling any business skills gap.
Marketing, Promotion & Advertising
We create marketing materials, advertising campaigns, promotional and fundraising events to increase revenue and develop business.

What we do
Established in January 2022, we set-up to bridge the gaps that we recognised as confining the business growth and operations of our family, friends, business and charity service providers. We set out to help identify these gaps and provide necessary support, allowing businesses and individuals to focus on their fundamental Skills Within.
We offer a free consultation for any individual or business, to discuss and assess needs.
Drawing on our wealth of experience and network of businesses and individuals we provide feedback and recommendations using a brief solution therapy approach.
We support individuals and businesses who operate within our company ethics and values, from natural health and fitness, to nutrition, horticulture & permaculture, art & music to music production, acting and film producing to life coaching and therapy, our aim is to create interdependence within such industries on a global scale.
