Skills Within Developments CIC is a non-profit project management company focused on empowering individuals and businesses to develop and utilise skills for community benefit. As a Community Interest Company, we reinvest all profits into community development.
Since our launch in January 2022, our mission has been to close the gaps that hold back families, communities and local businesses from reaching their full potential.

Who we are
What we do
Support & Development of Skills
​We provide support for business development, community development and individual growth. Enabling both individuals and businesses to focus on their unique strengths. Our services include mentoring, funding assistance, networking, recruitment, project management, food delivery, workshops and marketing.
Community and Food Justice
​Through our partnership with two churches and our two food trucks we address community needs from food to education, to building social cohesion, while helping tackle the growing loneliness epidemic. The food trucks are available for hire, with or without catering included. The trucks are also used to deliver employment experience to young people. Simultaneously the food trucks link in to existing food networks enhancing our model of working in partnership.

We specialise in matching both unskilled, skilled and experienced individuals into creative and operational roles, filling gaps within businesses and our partner organisations.
Marketing, Promotion & Advertising
We create marketing materials, advertising campaigns, promotional and fundraising events to increase revenue and develop business.

We source and apply for grants, funding, investments and sponsorship to increase revenue and enable growth.
Project Management
We provide the framework to lead your business or community organisation to success. This includes leadership, motivation and team building. In this process we may also introduce new products or services, grow revenue, to meet your company or organisations goals.

We produce promotional, team building, communuty, food delivery, fun and fundraising events to amplify community engagement, increase revenue, develop business and enhance relationships.
