Alongside her business qualification, she holds a qualification in Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health. With over 20 years of experience working in community, outreach and social care settings, Kevin has been a guiding force for vulnerable young people and adults. From youth work and case management to leading pioneering projects in London, he has consistently helped individuals overcome challenges and build brighter futures.  Kevin’s expertise spans safeguarding, supervision and client liaison and he has worked with those affected by gang involvement, substance misuse, unemployment and mental health challenges. Passionate about community development, he drives projects that bring people together and designs training programmes that empower both youth and adults to succeed.
