A 3-week Afro-centric series exploring ancestral approaches to nourishment, collective economics, and holistic wellbeing.
The series builds on January’s Healthy Hearts & Plates programme and deepens the conversation by moving from public health education into cultural remembrance, lived practice, and community sustainability.
For all the dates, Osiris from the Owner of SoulFoods Farmacy will be providing an introduction to products that promote natural healing and rebalancing of the body.
